Jack Kingseed

Senior Vice President, Accounting & Tax of the Sponsor

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

His responsibilities include managing the audit and tax return process for the Funds and Sponsor. Mr. Kingseed also plays an integral role in quarterly reporting to the investors and lending institutions. He has over ten years of involvement in the real estate industry with extensive experience in financial statement analysis, treasury management, and transaction services.

 

Prior to joining Miller Global, Mr. Kingseed worked as the Controller of the Mile High Flea Market acting as the primary liaison between the operating company and its private equity parent. He started his career in Chicago with Castleark Management, LLC and Ernst & Young.

EDUCATION:

Mr. Kingseed graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Masters of Science in Accountancy in 2005 and a Bachelors of Business Administration in 2004.

Linda Mott

Vice President of Property Management

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Her responsibilities include managing Vector’s Property Management team as well as General Manager of 1001-17th Street. Ms. Mott has over 30 years of experience in many facets of commercial real estate, including Lease Negotiations, Acquisitions and Dispositions, Due Diligence, Operational Oversight, Budgeting, Accounting, Financial Reporting, Branding and Marketing, Tenant and Client Relations and Construction Management. She accomplished business plan objectives for various product types including office, industrial and retail assets located in multiple markets throughout the United States.

 

Prior to joining Vector Property Services, Ms. Mott worked as an Asset Manager for BetaWest, Ltd. managing asset performance of office and retail properties in multiple markets. In 2000, she was hired by Bedford Property Investors as Vice President and Regional Manager, and was responsible for the performance of their Denver office and industrial portfolio. LBA Realty acquired Bedford in 2006, where Ms. Mott continued her career as Vice President and Regional Operations Manager and was promoted to manage multiple markets including Denver, Seattle, Phoenix, Dallas, Salt Lake City and Nashville.

EDUCATION:

Ms. Mott graduated from the University of Colorado – Denver with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. She is a Licensed Employing Broker in Colorado and has certifications from the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute (CCIM) and the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the BOMI Institute.

Christy Langston

General Manager

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Ms. Langston’s responsibilities include managing 1.4M square feet of office and flex properties in the Denver Area. She has over 35 years of real estate experience in the Denver Metropolitan Area and has been involved with real estate portfolios consisting of commercial high and mid-rise office buildings, industrial parks and retail centers. Ms. Langston has worked diligently under a variety of structures including company owned assets, institutional ownerships, joint-venture partnerships as well as third party management companies. She has experience in all aspects of property management, including asset strategic and financial planning, budget preparation and implementation, accounting, tenant improvement and capital construction supervision, tenant retention programs, acquisition/disposition due diligence, tenant lease negotiations and staff development.

Clayton Wright

Senior Chief Engineer at 1001-17th Street

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Mr. Wright joined Vector Property Services in 2016 and has over 23 years of engineering experience. His responsibilities include staff training and development, annual budget preparation, and daily operation and maintenance of building systems. He has saved Vector a significant amount by performing various services safely in house.

 

Prior to joining Vector, Mr. Wright worked as the Plant Superintendent for Xcel Energy, Portfolio Chief Engineer for Lowe Enterprises, Chief Engineer for Denver Place and Chief Engineer for Park Central. While at Denver Place and Park Central, he was an integral team member in earning the BOMA Outstanding Building of The Year.

EDUCATION:

Mr. Wright attended the T.H. Pickens Technical College of Heating and Air Conditioning, graduating with honors in 1998. His Licenses and Certifications include Refrigerant Operators License with the City and County of Denver, Universal CFC Certification, HVAC Certification and BOMI Systems Maintenance Technician (SMT). He is currently a Division Staff Officer with the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary.
